I have been known to change my mind. Isn’t that a woman’s prerogative? Yes, yes it is. Men can do it too, although they usually don’t brag about it like we ladies do.
So, I’m starting over. I launched this website originally almost a decade ago. Home to stories about cabins, critters, camping and outdoors adventures, I struggled to align “Cabin Mama” with my business identity as a facilitator, coach and speaker. I asked myself, is your Cabin Mama persona in conflict with the “oh so professional” image you want to portray? Will people think your stories are silly? Is the site a hobby or a business?
Things are clear now. I love to write. I love to tell stories. My love for cabins goes back to my childhood. I don’t care if this site is seen as silly by some or a waste of my time by others. There are enough of us out there who either did or still do love cabin life. We all have our own stories and adventures and I hope my memories and “flights of imagination” serves to entertain and inspire you.
I’m back on track. Only this time, I am clear of the path I’m on. I hope you enjoy my scribblings and let me know your thoughts in the comments below!
Warmly, The Cabin Mama™
